Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues swiftly and efficiently. Handle cash transactions securely when necessary, ensuring accuracy during payment processing.

Experience



Proven experience in customer support or call center roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse customer base effectively. Strong communication skills in English are essential; bilingual proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and analysis skills will help you succeed in this role. Previous outbound calling experience or client services background is advantageous. Familiarity with call center operations, phone etiquette, and customer service best practices will set you apart.
