Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems. Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create reports and manage customer information effectively. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients. Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client experiences. Assist with cash handling and processing transactions as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or client services, preferably in a call center environment. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable. Proficient computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent typing skills for efficient data entry and documentation. Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions. Previous sales experience is a plus, showcasing an understanding of client needs and sales techniques.
