Responsibilities
  • Own overall relationship with assigned customers, which include: Leading successful product onboarding, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and off-boarding.
  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services.
  • Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy.
  • Work with customers to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals.
  • Identify and develop upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.
  • Program manage account escalations.
  • Optimize the volume of quality outreach (emails/calls) needed to gain customer commitments for customer success meetings.
  • Schedule appointments and meet with customers at industry events to cultivate relationships.
  • Present company and product offerings during sponsored events and webinars.


Qualifications
  • Prior experience in increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product(s).
  • Familiarity working with customers of all sizes.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and analytical.
  • Strong team player but still a self-starter.
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
  • Prior experience working with Family Entertainment or local businesses is a plus.
  • A deep understanding of the effective use of digital technologies (i.e. social media, SaaS, marketing automation, etc.) is a plus.


Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with HubSpot or other platforms.
  • Inbound certification is a plus.
  • Proficient in Google Apps.
  • Prior experience in closing sales deals at the executive level is a plus.

Physical demands and work environment:

Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

This position is 100% remote. The candidate would need to have a suitable work environment set up as their home office and be comfortable managing their own schedule in a non-corporate office environment.
