Customer Service Team Leader will oversee and assist customer service employees in the performance of their job duties such as responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues or complaints.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Training, and preparing customer service agents to respond to customer questions and complaints and troubleshoot problems with services or products.
  • Ensure agents understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards, and policies.
  • Answer agent questions regarding best practices or difficult calls.
  • Identify operational issues and suggest possible improvements.
  • Monitor and evaluate agent performance, provide learning or coaching. opportunities, and take corrective action, if necessary.
  • Prepare reports and analyze data to assist management as they determine call center program goals.
  • Ensure that all customers are satisfied which may require taking calls and/or escalated supervisor calls.
  • Work closely with management team members to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Motivate and encourage the team through positivity.
  • Receive PO\xe2\x80\x99s into system for payment.
  • Help keep Chat system up to date with current product information.
  • Help with Customer Service emails when needed.

Job Requirements:
  • Call center, customer service, or supervisory experience may be required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of company products, policies, and services.
  • Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees and evaluate their performance.
  • Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Analytical, efficient, and thorough.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations, especially during busy hours.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule

Schedule is Monday through Friday 8 - 5
