Customer Service Representative Who we are: We are a fast-paced alarm company with over 70 years of experience in the industry covering multiple states. With our continued success we are looking to expand our team with the best candidates focused on great customer service. Summary: We are looking for a dedicated customer service representative with an ability to utilize computer technology/software to handle high call volumes. Responsibilities: -Receiveincoming calls. -Provide proactive customer outreach. -Schedule technicians for service calls and inspections. - Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems. Requirements: -*Proven Customer Support Experience.* -*Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.* -*Strong phone contact with handling skills and active listening.* -*Customer Orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.* -Effective verbal and written communication skills -Must be able to pass a background check and drug test -Training will be provided.
