Summary: We are looking for a dedicated customer service representative with an ability to utilize computer technology/software to handle high call volumes. Responsibilities: -Receiveincoming calls. -Provide proactive customer outreach. -Schedule technicians for service calls and inspections. - Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems. Requirements: -*Proven Customer Support Experience.* -*Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.* -*Strong phone contact with handling skills and active listening.* -*Customer Orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.* -Effective verbal and written communication skills -Must be able to pass a background check and drug test -Training will be provided.
