- Receive service calls during your allotted shift to ensure all customer requests are captured efficiently and accurately
- Create a positive, lasting first impression for our customers
- Accurately and efficiently collaborate with dispatch team to ensure customer requests can be achieved within the promised time frame
- Make outbound calls to Maintenance Plan customers to schedule annual tune ups, cleanings and check ins
- Collaborate with Customer Service Supervisor to ensure satisfaction, efficiency and production goals are being met and we are promoting customer loyalty
- Use active listening skills to understand the customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs in order to provide the best solution
- Understanding and using the required software, reports, tools and metrics to achieve desired results
- Ensure customer and call information is accurate 100% of the time and there are no inputting errors
- Remain calm, professional, empathetic and polite when handling customer escalations
- Participate in team and company trainings, and strive to improve existing skills while acquiring new ones
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and high problem-solving ability
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
