Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and manage check-ins/check-outs with professionalism and efficiency.
Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries, providing clear and accurate information regarding clinic services and scheduling
Schedule appointments and coordinate client communications, ensuring smooth workflow for both clients and veterinary staff.
Process payments, invoices, and medical records requests while ensuring confidentiality.
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and calm reception area.
Proactively follow up with clients regarding appointment reminders, post-visit care instructions, and ongoing treatment plans.
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience in veterinary or medical customer service is preferred, though not necessary
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and scheduling.
