As a Telephone Representative you will ensure that patient\'s questions and concerns are answered in a timely and courteous manner. In addition to customer service duties, you can expect to collect insurance information, help patients with setting up payment arrangements, adjust payments and adjustments in patient files and other related clerical duties.
