Position Summary:
Kemper is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in our St. Louis, MO office. Our customer service team is the front line for providing the best service possible to our policyholders. Our team answers a high volume of calls from our insureds, reviewing policy details, billing history, and reviewing and processing change requests.
Our office is open Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday from 7am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm, which offers you the flexibility to choose whichever 8-hour shift works best for you!
