We currently have an immediate opening for a Full-Time Customer Service Rep. We are looking for an outgoing, positive and reliable person to become part of our winning team! The Customer Service Representative supports the Customer Service Supervisor and department in the performance of daily activities which including but are not limited to creating and issuing invoices. Initiating billing cycles and verifying appropriate charges. Generating quotes for freight using establish company policies and procedures. Provides excellent customer service support by telephone and email.
