Air Authority is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our office team. We are a local, family owned company that has been serving the Cincinnati area for over 20 years! Job Responsibilities include: Handling inbound customer calls and scheduling. Communicating with technicians to ensure all parts and equipment are taken to job sites. Managing the daily schedule for service technicians and sales team. Checking parts order statuses and updating customers on their status. Performing outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments and repairs. Ensuring the correct technician is on each call and that appointments are scheduled in the most efficient manner. Requirements: High School Deploma/GED Competent Computer skills to utilize dispatching software Must have great verbal communication skills and customer service abilities. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour Benefits:
