Sigma Supply of North America - Hot Springs, AR Customer Service Position Position Overview The representative will focus on Walmart accounts and work closely with lead Walmart Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities Include \xc2\xb7 Provide a high level of customer service in all responsibilities. \xc2\xb7 Answer phone calls and emails \xc2\xb7 Process purchase orders both EDI and manual \xc2\xb7 Inventory management \xc2\xb7 Sales support \xc2\xb7 Tracking shipments The ideal candidate will have - High school diploma or equivalency - 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume environment including
