Job Description

We are hiring for full time customer service roles within the healthcare industry! This is a long-term role with opportunity for growth.

Description:

- Answer calls and respond to emails from members, and providers. A majority of calls are from members regarding eligibility, authorizations, enrollment, payments/billing, claims, and ID cards.

- Select, and explain the best solution to solve the issue.

- Expedite correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution.

Hours: Hours of operation are Mon-Fri 8am - 8pm (must be available for shift assignment between these hours)

Pay: $18.14 ($19.57 if Bilingual in Spanish)

Location: Headquarters in Sacramento, CA (Will be remote until further notice - must live in Sacramento area)
