Answer and direct incoming calls in a timely & professional manner
Organize and schedule appointments
Answer customer questions/concerns regarding scheduling, services, taking payments, etc.
Help technicians with account questions, scheduling, service setups, etc.
Assist with the DIY store with learning products, uses & how to sell them
Other small projects as needed \xe2\x80\x93 ex: filing, calling on routes for scheduling, stocking store products, etc.

Typing skills & basic computer knowledge
Ability to communicate clearly via phone & email
Ability to work 8 hour shifts between the time frame of 7:00am \xe2\x80\x93 5:30pm (Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday) & ability to work some rotating Saturdays 8:00-12:00pm
