  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a timely & professional manner
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Answer customer questions/concerns regarding scheduling, services, taking payments, etc.
  • Help technicians with account questions, scheduling, service setups, etc.
  • Assist with the DIY store with learning products, uses & how to sell them
  • Other small projects as needed \xe2\x80\x93 ex: filing, calling on routes for scheduling, stocking store products, etc.

  • Ability to multi-task & maintain accuracy
  • Typing skills & basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to communicate clearly via phone & email
  • Ability to work 8 hour shifts between the time frame of 7:00am \xe2\x80\x93 5:30pm (Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday) & ability to work some rotating Saturdays 8:00-12:00pm
Preferred candidates would have outlook, word & excel knowledge as well Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour Benefits:
