We are looking for someone to help us continue to be the fastest growing insurance agency in Baldwin County. This position will entail answering phones with a smile, amending policies, collecting information for agents, and other aspects of an insurance agency. This position will lead to high 5 figure salary within 3 years if work is performed well, with bonuses and compensation structure. 6 figures within 5 years if applicant has a desire to be an agent and involved in the community. We have an incredibly laid back atmosphere at our agency. Family and work life balance is incredibly important. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits:
