  • Answer incoming phone calls, gather information and offer appointment windows for customers.
  • Make outbound phone calls to help fill up our schedule when it is slow. As we say \xe2\x80\x9cIf you are on a call, book the call. If you are not on a call, then make a call.\xe2\x80\x9d
  • Complete weekly Scorecard and appropriate spreadsheets by the specified time. We believe in giving you the answers to the test before you take it so you can know how to succeed and how to \xe2\x80\x9cWin by 10\xe2\x80\x9d at Anchor.
  • Alternating weekend work is required with bonus opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a positive customer experience.
  • Respond to incoming inquiries from current customers and potential customers in a friendly manner with timeliness and accuracy.
  • Initiate outbound calls for appointment reminders for club members.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, technicians, sales staff and department personnel via telephone, email, and written correspondence to answer inquiries or to provide information.
  • Maintain complete, accurate and updated information in the customer database.
  • Perform administrative duties to assist with the overall efficiency of the operation.
  • Promptly report any service issues to the appropriate leader to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Effectively manage conflict resolution with customers through clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or problems expediently.
  • Perform to the CSR performance metrics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
  • Detail Oriented: We love taking notes and keeping track so nothing slips through the cracks
  • 2+ years of experience in providing customer service in a call center setting.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly in a positive, nurturing manner.
  • Advanced computer skills required.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations.
  • Must be highly organized with good attention to detail and follow through.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Team player working in a team environment.
  • Geographical knowledge of the service area and/or map reading skills.
Benefits:

Physical Requirements:
  • Occasionally lift 5-10 pounds.
  • Have good visual acuity and sufficient functioning to operate computer-aided call
