Primary Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for daily communication with customers for inquiries or requests pertaining to service status, reporting, or general support needs.

Skills & Competencies

\xc2\xb7 2+ years of experience in customer service-related positions.

\xc2\xb7 High School Diploma or equivalent.

\xc2\xb7 Over the phone sales and/or customer service experience in a call center environment.

\xc2\xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-call volume work environment.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to prove critical thinking and problem-solving concepts.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to be courteous in demanding situations and de-escalate callers

\xc2\xb7 Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint; advanced preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Detail oriented, with the ability to produce high quality work in a deadline-oriented environment and an ability to multi-task.

\xc2\xb7 Experience adhering a specific work schedule environment, including in-office operation, weekends and holidays, based on business need.

\xc2\xb7 Reliable transportation to meet schedule work environment

Essential Job Functions

\xc2\xb7 In a call center type environment, responsible for daily communication with customers for inquiries or requests pertaining to service status, reporting, or universal support needs.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for diagnosing customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and solving them in the same point of contact.

\xc2\xb7 Provide basic information of our homes as well as company processes and procedures to our customers.

\xc2\xb7 Daily interaction with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure customer requirements are met.

\xc2\xb7 Resolve critical customer support issues in a timely manner.

\xc2\xb7 All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Physical Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Capable of working extended hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary.

\xc2\xb7 Able to see well enough to read faint or partially obscured writing or printing, with corrective lenses if needed.

\xc2\xb7 Must be able to speak English in a clear and understandable voice so that various types of communications may be conducted with people of various levels of education and capabilities, to include the exchange and receipt of information over the telephone.

\xc2\xb7 Wearing a headset during your shift

\xc2\xb7 Must have finger dexterity for typing/using a keyboard.

Environmental Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Must be able to work on more than one assignment at a time with frequent interruptions, changes, and delays. Must be able to remain focused and work effectively, efficiently, and cheerfully under such circumstances.

\xc2\xb7 Must be able to work effectively and cheerfully in an environment which may be stressful due to adversarial situations resulting from the proper performance of duties.

\xc2\xb7 Must be able to work in office as regularly scheduled.
