At Campus Commons Pet Hospital, we're looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated veterinary team. What You'll Do

Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism Manage appointments, check-ins, and client communications Support the veterinary team by maintaining smooth daily operations Handle payments, invoicing, and client records accurately Help maintain our reputation for excellent, compassionate service

About You

Previous experience in a veterinary or medical customer service role preferred Passionate about animals and building lasting client relationships Strong communicator who stays calm under pressure Team player who's always willing to help out Organized, dependable, and ready to grow with us

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, VetnCare is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $19.00 to $21.00 dependent on experience.


This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensures and certifications, education, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

The pay range for this role is:
