POSITION SUMMARY: The customer concierge is the first to greet our customers over the phone so the first impression of our service depends on your friendliness and efficiency. The Customer Concierge Representative will be a smart and trustworthy individual able to provide excellent customer service and handle all customer concerns. The goal is to ensure our clients are well informed throughout the solar project life cycle which will increase our great reputation while ensuring sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of reference for clients who need assistance or information
- Understand customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs and provide them with personalized care related to their project
- Maintain constant contact with clients according to project milestones
- Answer the phones and have the ability to multitask
- Contact customers to retrieve necessary photos or documents that were missed during the sales process in the home.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS (degree, license, certification):
- High school diploma
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in customer service and has some level of phone/call center experience
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to fluently speak and understand both English and Spanish is strongly preferred
- Solar experience or relevant field will be a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
- Ability in multitasking and time-management
- Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
Pay: Starting pay is $17
M-F: 9-5:30pm; 10-6:30pm; 2:30-11pm
