TruGreen, the largest lawn care company in the nation, has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic individual to provide customer service assistance to our customers over the telephone & enter data into the computer with attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have telephone customer service experience, above average typing & data entry skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task & work in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities include: *Answers inbound customer service calls with a warm & courteous greeting. *Resolves customer service concerns through the use of good listening skills, probing questions to determine root cause of the concern & paraphrasing to check for understanding. *Uses agronomic knowledge/database to solve customer concerns. *Maintains customer database through accurate & timely data entry. *Identifies opportunities & presents additional services to existing customers based on customer needs. *Provides amicable resolution & reliable follow-up with the customer within the communicated time frame. *Performs outbound calls to internal & external customers to schedule applications and/or service calls and collections. *Monitors email & website.
