Job Description
PDI has an immediate job opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative utilizes excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills in daily contact with customers. The following partial job description is a full-time hourly position. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reports to work when scheduled and on time.Adheres to company policies and departmental guidelines.
- Contacts assigned customers and sells product by scheduled time.Reviews orders and suggests substitutions for out of stock products.Verifies orders for accuracy, checks ship date, price and issues credits as needed.
- Promotes sales of click-n-send and holiday items, directors meeting deals and other sales opportunities.
- Answers \xe2\x80\x9cimmediate customer service\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9chot line\xe2\x80\x9d calls.
- Sells and manages short code list daily.
- Performs excellent customer service to the Hy-Vee stores including but not limited to; researches customer\xe2\x80\x99s questions and concerns, addresses problems and follows up with customer in a timely manner.
