Domestic Customer Service Representative I ($16-$18/hr)
A well-established medical equipment company in Sharonville that offers a competitive wage and seeking someone to hire on after the temp-to-hire phase.

Position Details:
Now hiring for a Domestic Customer Service Representative I. This is a 1st shift position with the hours of 8:30a-4:30p Monday- Fridays, with a pay range of $16-$18/hr depending on experience. This position offers a hybrid work environment with the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week! The Domestic CSR is primarily responsible for customer communication and is the primary contact with customers, distributors and sales reps. Will accomplish tasks with established procedures and within controlled limits.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, the incumbent must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, distributors and sales reps and follow procedures and instructions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for providing price and quotations to customers and reps.

• Assists field representatives and regional sales management as necessary.
• Accepts, reviews, inputs and distributes customer orders.
• Communicates with customers regarding order status, pricing, account status, general product/service questions, etc. within knowledge limits. Elevates calls as necessary when outside established procedures/knowledge.
• Fields requests for demos, samples and literature.
• Forwards customer complaints as appropriate.
• Responsible for appropriate filing and record retention for sales/marketing/CS, including invoices, contracts, communication, etc.
• Responsible for data input work as directed.
• General administrative tasks.
• Will perform similar tasks described above for International Sales, as required
• Assist sales and marketing personnel as needed.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Adhere to general safety rules, cGMPs, company policies and applicable procedures, ISO, QSR, and other FDA regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• 1-5 years customer service experience
• Understanding of Microsoft Office & Teams required
• Experience with Visual ERP, EDI, and Sugar CRM is preferred, but not required
