Customer Service Representative Recon Pest Services is continuing to grow and add jobs to our remote Customer Service team.   • You will be answering busy phones, making calls, answering any questions customers may have about their account, our services.
  • Take payments, send correspondence to customers, capturing incoming leads.
  • Scheduling services and routing service professionals \xe2\x80\x93 maximizing the number of stops run per day and minimizing fuel expense, corresponding with our service professionals.
  • Responding to emails, text messages, alerts.
  • Assist management as needed
  • Handling scheduling changes from Service Professionals.
  • Hold a real customer support conversation with our customers! We are all humans, after all.
  • Providing a customer experience from a remote location that endears and creates long term customers.
  • Troubleshooting
  • You will work from your computer for the duration of your shift and regularly work a 40-hour weekly schedule. Hours are 7am mst - 4pm mst. Monday - Friday. All from the comfort of your own home.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Starting at $14.00-$16.00/hour DOE
  • Benefits are available after 90 days of employment for year round full time employees
