Job Description

We're seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused

Self Storage Manager

to oversee daily operations at our storage facility. This position offers flexible hours with weekend availability preferred. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and is comfortable handling both customer service and business management tasks.

Responsibilities include:



Assisting customers with renting units, processing payments, and answering inquiries Maintaining a clean, organized office and facility (inside and out) Managing delinquent accounts and following up with non-payers Handling marketing and advertising efforts to drive rentals and increase visibility Performing regular site inspections and ensuring property upkeep Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements:



Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer and administrative skills Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
This is a hands-on position perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, takes initiative, and values a positive customer experience.

(Pay rate and hours are flexible and will be discussed based on experience and availability.)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Base Pay: From $30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
