Job Description

Legacy Security Services, Inc provides 24/7 alarm monitoring for both commercial and residential customers. The candidate must have excellent customer service skills, computer literacy, ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment. On-site paid training is provided.

Schedule:



At Legacy Security, we monitor alarms 24/7, including holidays and weekends. We are hiring multiple candidates for the following schedules:

The positions will be Monday-Friday but some weekends may be required.

Available shifts:

7AM-3PM



9AM-5PM



Training Details:



Paid Training Duration: 1 Week Training Hours: 9 AM - 3 PM, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:



Process inbound Answering Service calls on behalf of customers Process inbound calls for Customers or Subscribers regarding emergency signal testing or cancelling signals. Process inbound calls from Authority Agencies Spanish-speaking candidates are a plus!
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
