Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Austin, Tx. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and job seekers, providing support, answering inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Assist clients and workers with account setup, job postings, scheduling, and documentation.
Provide accurate information about company services, policies, and processes.
Resolve complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain customer records, update information, and track interactions.
Support the operations team with scheduling, onboarding, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Basic computer skills, including MS Office and email communication.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Salary & Benefits
Salary range: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour , based on experience.
