Freezing Point, is the owner of the Frazil beverage brand and is the fastest growing frozen beverage company in the US with machines all over then nation. We are a fun, exciting, and high-performance team looking for our newest Customer Service Associate. Frazil supports more than 19,000 machines across the country and our service team oversees the management of machine service requests. This includes partnering with internal teams like sales, accounting, and logistics and supporting external customers, distributors, and service providers. This is a high-impact role that will drive the performance of the business immediately. Staring Pay: $17.00 - $20.00/hr What You\'ll Do On the service team, every day is different. As the first point of contact for many customer concerns you will quickly learn the in\'s and out\'s of our machines, our service provider network, and the many resources available to our customers. On any given day you may:

• Troubleshoot machine issues over the phone, diagnose, and dispatch service as needed
• Expedite service for our high priority accounts
• Listen to needs, ask questions, resolve customer issues, and set remediation plans; coordinate timely actions with other cross-functional stakeholders
• Handle machine swaps and maintenance repairs for customers
• Handle service escalations as needed
• Document the results of customer interactions; analyze, develop, and implement solutions for areas of improvement
• Support the operations team to capture, analyze, identify, and action the results of in-store audits
