Location: Minneapolis, MN Customer Service Associate : We are always looking for passionate, dedicated individual to help us spread the word about our client\'s brand. As a Customer Service Associate you\'ll be an integral part of increasing brand engagement, client relation\'s by planning events that get people excited about connect with a brand! You will work closely together with our experiential marketing departmenting towards achieving company goals such as communicating value through visible displays or testimonials at local shows/festivals where they can engage more personally than ever before; tracking feedback from these encounters via online survey tools - all while representing your assigned territory\'s reputation.

- Work on promotional marketing campaigns
- Assist in coordinating and planning experiential marketing event\'s
- Collobrate with the rest of the team on creative solution\'s to increase client brand awareness and engagement
- Plan & execute customer service strategies with team while working with client
- Track customers\xe2\x80\x99 preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas
- Provide feedback to the Marketing and Product departments regarding customers\xe2\x80\x99 request
