We\xe2\x80\x99re a custom sign shop looking for a customer service representative who can grow with our business. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Help customers with identifying sign needs, assisting with the order process, and answering questions. Communicate with customers throughout the order and production process, send reminders, and process payments. Add and maintain customer database information; generate system reports. Work closely with the Production Area to answer any questions they may have concerning current work orders. Assist with a variety of store marketing programs: contacting customers by phone, dropping off estimates, or representing Signarama at community events. Cross-train in other areas to assist with basic production projects. Support owner as needed with a variety of administrative work. Maintain an organized; clean and professional store appearance at all times. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have two years of working with the public in any of these roles: customer service, inside sales, telemarketing, retail sales Friendly and outgoing demeanor, a team player Must have strong web and computer skills and be comfortable using Microsoft Office programs and database programs. Must be proficient in English with good written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and proofreading. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must have the ability to sit in a chair or stand on feet for several hours at a time. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits:
