Customer Service Associate

We seek an adaptable, cheerful, and charismatic candidate who is meticulous in detail and passionate about creating a professional and engaging presentation and brand representation.

Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
  • Market research and analysis reports
  • Execute successful campaigns
  • Client relations & retention
  • Managing campaign logistics, financial metrics, and client appointments and meetings
  • Create weekly sales goals and hold the team accountable for specific targets
Customer Service Associate Requirements for Consideration:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or currently pursuing a degree (preferred)
  • Experience in leadership is a plus
  • Ready to commute to Los Angeles
  • 0-2 years in marketing, pr, or a consumer-focused position (preferred)
