MCD Puerto Rico, Inc. is hiring a detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to support our Customer Service team in managing client orders, inquiries, and documentation while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Position Summary:

The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for supporting the efficient handling of purchase orders, client requests, complaints, and service inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve situations promptly and professionally. The position collaborates closely with other departments to meet client expectations and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Support receiving, reviewing, and processing customer orders. Verify that orders include complete product specifications, delivery conditions, and regulatory requirements. Provide clients with updates on pricing, inventory availability, and estimated delivery times (ETA). Respond promptly to client phone calls and inquiries. Assist in creating new client records and maintaining accurate documentation. Prepare transportation documents, including packing sheets, for inventory verification. Coordinate collection of rejected materials or delivery of replacements. Assist in processing payments and updating client information securely. Support order modifications, maintenance, and cancellations. Collaborate with the Customer Service Supervisor on initiatives to enhance client satisfaction. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED (required) Post-secondary studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, or related fields preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in commercial, industrial, or distribution environments. Strong oral and written communication skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
