Bilingual Japanese Customer Service Assistant
One of the leading financial institutions is seeking Bilingual Japanese Customer Service Assistant for their branch in California.
Responsibilities:
Understand client needs and assist the customers with banking services
Answer their questions regarding accounts, online banking, transfer, check order, etc.
Perform wire transfer requests
Follow up with the customers with pending requests
Understand company's policy and follow their procedure and bank's compliance
Perform other related tasks as necessary
Requirements

  • Fluent English skills
  • Business level Japanese
  • 1 year of related work experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Ability to do multi-task
  • Flexible to work extra hours during busy times
Must be able to work the 3rd shift with the hours of 2:30pm - 11:00pm.
Schedule may include working on weekends.
