The Role:
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and navigate their service needs. We're not just looking for someone to read a script -- we want someone sharp, adaptable, and ready to grow with us.
What You'll Do:
Provide friendly, efficient, and professional support to customers via phone, email, or chat
Troubleshoot Customer issues
Accurately document customer interactions in our system
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and ideas
What We're Looking For:
A quick learner with a strong attention to detail
A positive attitude and professional demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Someone reliable, punctual, and flexible as the company grows
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required -- we're happy to train the right person
Comfortable working in an office setting
