Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat, providing them with accurate and timely information about our products and services.
Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Follow up on customer issues and inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in training new customer service agents and sharing best practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer care.
