Our Customer Reps are responsible for building strong relationships with our client base and assisting them with organizing the details necessary to execute their events. This is done via inbound calls, emails, and show room appointments. This is a sales position where you will follow a templated sales process from first interaction to prepping the order for an event. We are in the business of making memorable moments for our clients and having fun along the way. Who you are: \xc2\xb7 You have 2-4 years of account representative/inbound sales experience. Preferably in hospitality. \xc2\xb7 You have CRM experience. ANY CRM \xe2\x80\x93 we will train you on ours. \xc2\xb7 You enjoy selling! The thrill of the chase, hitting goals and earning bonus bucks! You have a track record of making deals. \xc2\xb7 You can work full-time Monday-Friday with the occasional Saturday in our showroom. \xc2\xb7 You are an effective communicator - able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns. \xc2\xb7 You are friendly, you get along with others, you play well on a team. \xc2\xb7 You like to move quickly and are ok with repetition - we move fast around here! \xc2\xb7 Details matter to you. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Evaluate client needs to determine and suggest appropriate rental needs for their events. \xc2\xb7 Input required rental items into the rental management system ensuring all necessary logistics details are accurate. \xc2\xb7 Provide the inventory and operations teams with all the necessary information for successful execution of the events. \xc2\xb7 Process credit card payments. \xc2\xb7 Conduct showroom appointments. \xc2\xb7 Follow the developed sales process. Including up-selling, how to follow up, Zendesk chat best practices. \xc2\xb7 Attend sales coaching sessions with sales director to improve your skills. \xc2\xb7 Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales metrics points (total sales, sales activities). What we offer: \xc2\xb7 Base Salary: $50,000-$60,000 per year DOE. \xc2\xb7 Quarterly bonus (for making milestones designated by Director of Sales; total $12,000 per year). OTE for this position is $62,000-$72,000 \xc2\xb7 Uncapped commission for new accounts \xc2\xb7 Benefits Program: 2-week vacation, 1 week PTO, Paid Holidays. Dental insurance.
