  • Reliable and detail-oriented with a proven track record of exceptional customer service and results-oriented methods
  • Enthusiastic and positive with excellent multitasking skills
  • Experience with multiple industry tools and programs such as Google Sheets/Docs/Chrome
  • Highly proficient with computer skills
  • Flexible and adaptable with learning new technologies
Responsibilities
  • Make \xe2\x80\x9cSoft Sales\xe2\x80\x9d over the phone and computer with high level customer service and tact
  • Attend regular training meetings as required in order to maintain skill and knowledge of the industry and support company goals
  • Conduct comprehensive research for sales and marketing
  • Organize and coordinate special occasions for customers
  • Communicate with customers regulary providing support
  • Engage with vendors and suppliers
