Customer Marketing Executive (Specialist), Americas \xe2\x80\x93 ICIS, Huston (Hybrid)

We have an exciting new opportunity for a high performing marketing executive to join our diverse and talented marketing community at ICIS, and to play a key role in supporting the business to achieve its commercial ambitions. The Americas Marketing Executive will report into the Head of Marketing for Americas and is responsible for elevating our approach to Customer Marketing, with the aim of driving strong customer relationships to achieve an uplift in lifetime customer value.

We are looking for an exceptional marketing professional and passionate advocate for customer-centric commercial marketing. The successful applicant will have expertise in customer marketing and a proven track-record of driving strong customer engagement, renewal and upsell rates within customer groups.

This individual will:

Support in defining and shaping the end-to-end customer marketing strategy for ICIS in the Americas with a specific focus on driving lifetime customer value through strong customer relationships and engagement, renewal and upsell rates

Ensure the regional customer marketing approach is underpinned by value creation for customers, contributing commercially to our growth drivers

Work closely with the local customer account management team team to understand and support regional priorities

Optimise execution across the customer life cycle and ensure delivery of activities to meet and exceed expectations

Work collaboratively across our global marketing teams including Brand, Content, UX, Communications & PR, Marketing Strategy, Customer Insight and Analysis teams

Contribute to the ICIS marketing high-performance culture by driving excellence across customer marketing implementation, adopting a growth mindset

Measurement of customer marketing activities \xe2\x80\x93 demonstrating impact through data and meaningful insights, ensure all marketing activities are monitored and measured for their effectiveness. Implementation of learnings into future activities and plans.

Understand the audience - competition, market size (segmentation) and opportunity

Experience and skill sets:

Regional Americas B2B marketing experience

Demonstrable experience in customer marketing that positively impacts engagement, customer growth and revenue contribution

Strong commercial acumen and with a track record of delivering commercial success

Proactive, data-led, results oriented, and delivery focused, with the ability to balance multiple projects

Outstanding communicator and collaborator

Excellent relationship building skills, able to collaborate within cross-functional teams

Proven ability to be a growth-orientated mindset

Comprehensive digital skillset underpinned by data literacy

Practical experience of CRM and MAP systems such as Salesforce and Eloqua

Excellent written skills with the ability to shape compelling marketing copy

Creative flair and a curious, ambitious mindset
