Resumo do Perfil do Cargo The Customer Liaison, will be responsible to manage Customer Technical Queries, Change Orders, Punch lists and support in the completion of the Customer Systems Integration Testing/Rig Acceptance Test Procedures (RATP). Act as the primary focal point for on-site administrative issues relating to the Customers requests and will liaise with the Project Team/Transocean Technical Support Team and Shipyard (where appropriate) to develop Customer interface engineering. Coordinate with Project Team/Rig Operations to ensure all Customer requirements requiring physical upgrade/change or procedural documents are undertaken expeditiously to minimize the time between Customer request and Customer acceptance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve Technical Queries (Clarifications) between Customer and Transocean.
• Manage and track Customer Change Orders.
• Ensure technical and schedule requirements for Customer Change Orders are understood, engineered correctly (i.e. Transocean Engineering and Class/Flag approvals where appropriate) and included in the overall Project plan.
• Coordinate Customer Acceptance requirements, using Systems Integration Testing/Rig Acceptance Test Procedures (RATP).
• Manage a single acceptance punch list and co-ordination of remedial activities & resources.
• Maintain Customer on-site administration, requests and issues.
• Coordination of Customer requirements with Project Team/Rig Operations.
• Identify any maintenance deficiencies, which could affect rig acceptance and coordinate remedial actions with Operations.
• Ensure AIM system is updated with project activities and actions taken using dedicated AIM resources.
