As a Customer Experience Supervisor at Ryerson, you will be responsible for planning, assigning, and directing work for customer experience representatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide all coaching, sales mentorship and training for team members Provide a cohesive and collaborative culture promoting open, frequent communication Drive hiring process for new team members as necessary Appraising performance in all sales functional areas Drive sales and margin growth that align with corporate/regional strategies All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice

Requirements

Bachelors Degree preferred 3-5 years of progressive levels of sales experience in the metals industry preferred Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated leadership abilities to include ownership of performance management responsibilities Knowledge of metals prices, inventory and quality MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency Expertise with SAP, Sales Force
