About the Role

As a

Customer Delivery Representative

, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately, on time, and with exceptional service. You'll be responsible for safely operating a company vehicle, managing delivery routes efficiently, and representing our company with professionalism at every stop.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate and maintain a commercial vehicle while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Deliver a wide variety of products to customers across designated routes. Follow established routes and time schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Load, unload, and inspect delivery vehicles before and after routes. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure excellent service and problem resolution. Maintain delivery records and verify delivery accuracy. Participate in company safety programs and required training. Perform additional duties and support warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications

Must be

21 years of age or older

. Valid

driver's license

with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a

pre-employment drug test and physical

. Strong

communication

and

time management

skills. Able to

lift up to 50 lbs

and handle physical aspects of delivery. Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Experience with route delivery or driving commercial vehicles preferred but not required.
