We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Customer Service Concierge to provide top-tier support to our clients. This role involves assisting customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting issues, scheduling maintenance services, and ensuring an exceptional ownership experience. You'll be the go-to person for all hot tub-related questions, providing expert advice and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding hot tub models, features, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Scheduling & Coordination: Arrange and confirm maintenance, repairs, and warranty services with technicians. Product Guidance: Educate customers on hot tub care, chemicals, and accessories to enhance their experience. Issue Resolution: Handle complaints and service concerns with professionalism, ensuring quick and satisfactory resolutions. Sales Assistance: Recommend upgrades, accessories, and maintenance plans to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Follow-Ups: Check in with customers post-purchase or service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and warranty claims.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related role (experience in the hot tub or pool industry is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to problem-solve and provide proactive solutions. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling software, and email communication. A passion for customer satisfaction and a positive, friendly attitude.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
