Job Description

We are looking for a customer care specialist to join our team working remotely. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, possess excellent communication skills, and have a deep knowledge of popular travel destinations around the world. As a travel advisor, you will be responsible for creating and organizing customized travel itineraries for our clients, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound customer communications - Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests and issues by providing expert advice on travel destinations, accommodation options, transportation, and activities based on clients\' preferences and budget.
• Consult on customer success - Assisting clients with travel-related issues and emergencies, such as flight cancellations, lost baggage, and medical emergencies.
• Maintain working product knowledge - Keeping up-to-date with industry news, travel trends, and regulatory changes. Providing clients with information on travel regulations, visas, and other travel-related documentation.
• Create engaging content on social media platforms.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years proven experience in supporting client success
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
• Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
• Familiarity with new technologies and changes in the industry
