Geotab is seeking a Customer Care Advisor who will be the account manager, and who will be responsible for the ongoing care of their assigned customers as their first point of contact. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:
As a Customer Care Advisor, your key area of responsibility will be to manage the customer relationship and help manage allocation of team resources against customer priorities. You will be responsible to focus efforts on account growth through understanding the customer and delivering intelligent solutions to their problems, with the ultimate goal of driving customer satisfaction and revenue. You will need to manage relationships both inside and outside the organisation. To be successful in this role, you will be a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills, and have a strong aptitude for understanding technical and business requirements. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong analytical and project management skills with an ability to identify needs, develop effective solutions, and manage projects through completion.
