In this role, you'll collaborate with

Customer Account Executive's

and

Carrier Account Representative's

to deliver exceptional transportation solutions for our clients. Your goal: build and maintain a resilient Book of Business by managing daily shipments and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Drive sales by proactively reaching out to new and existing clients via phone and email. Negotiate with shippers and collaborate with the Carrier Sales Team to manage daily shipments. Build strong relationships with clients to identify and meet their transportation needs. Hit and exceed sales targets with strategic thinking and initiative.

What We're Looking For:





Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in transportation sales or a similar field. Drive & Determination: Be hungry for success with a strong sense of urgency and discipline. Coachable & Motivated: Willingness to learn and adapt. Strong Negotiator: Able to handle conflicts with professionalism and tact. Customer-Centric: Passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships. Organized & Focused: Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Schedule

: Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability.
