Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee diverse construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all phases of millwork construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. Your expertise in project management, construction estimating, and site supervision will drive a successful project execution while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Custom Millwork Project Manager Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the Millwork package for construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, blueprints, schematics, and contractual obligations. Collaborate with, construction management contractors, and clients to facilitate effective communication and resolve issues promptly. Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, and other construction management software for document control, RFIs, submittals, and progress tracking. Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to design specifications. Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and milestones. Ensure timely resolution of project challenges through effective time management and project coordination strategies. Communications with the office regarding all projects.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction management or project management within the commercial construction sectors. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction site safety standards. Proficiency with ProCore, Bluebeam and other software management systems. Familiarity with construction estimating tools. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective project coordination among diverse teams. Solid understanding of contracts management and construction law principles. Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently through effective time management practices. Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
