Summary

The Project Manager will oversee commercial millwork projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring all milestones, schedules, budgets and quality standards are met. This role requires a hands-on leader who understands the carpentry and millwork process, communicates clearly with field teams and clients, and keeps projects running smoothly with a professional and positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

Manage millwork projects from award to completion Communicate project updates to internal teams, clients and field crews Coordinate with carpenters, installers, vendors and subcontractors Monitor schedules, budgets, and material deliveries Review drawings, change orders, and site conditions Ensure projects meet quality and safety standards Resolve issues proactively and maintain strong professional relationships

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction management or project management within the architectural millwork or related construction industry. Minimum 3 years of Commercial Millwork Project Management experience Professional demeanor, strong communication, and ability to collaborate with team members, installers, vendors and clients Ability to read plans, coordinate schedules, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Additional Skills

Estimating Experience AutoCad Experience Ability to assist with takeoffs when needed

Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week
