We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction and carpentry tasks, demonstrating proficiency in both residential and commercial projects. This role requires hands-on experience with a variety of tools and techniques, ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.
Responsibilities
Execute construction projects from start to finish, including framing, trim carpentry, and fixture installation.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate project execution.
Perform various carpentry tasks such as cabinet installation, door hanging, and siding application.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for tasks including concrete forming, plastering, and roofing.
Conduct heavy lifting as required for material handling and installation processes.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Participate in restoration projects including water damage restoration, mold remediation, and remodeling.
Ensure job sites are clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency.
Skills
Proficient in construction estimating and planning for various building projects.
Strong background in frame carpentry, trim carpentry, woodworking, and cabinetry.
Experience with construction site operations and safety protocols.
Knowledge of concrete forming techniques, rebar installation, masonry work, and tile laying.
Familiarity with electrical systems, plumbing installations, caulking methods, and stucco applications.
Ability to operate CNC machinery for fabrication tasks as needed.
Experience in the restoration industry is a plus; skills in flooring installation and construction painting are desirable.
