Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled

Custom Cabinet Laborer

to join our team. This role requires hands-on cabinet experience, finishing/painting skills, and the ability to drive for material pickups and job site deliveries.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Assist in building and assembling custom cabinets and closets Apply finishing techniques such as sanding, painting, and touch-ups Safely operate woodworking tools, machinery, and finishing equipment Transport and deliver cabinets and materials (valid driver's license required) Install hardware including hinges, slides, and handles Perform quality checks for accuracy, fit, and finish Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Skills & Requirements:

2+ years cabinet, woodworking, or construction experience (preferred) Finishing/painting experience (mandatory) Valid driver's license with clean record (mandatory) Ability to read technical drawings and cut lists Skilled with woodworking and finishing tools Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Physically able to lift and move materials

Compensation:

Depending on experience. Ranging from

$20-$35/hr

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
