Position Summary:

Perform all daily cleaning and maintenance duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Clean and maintain kitchen and break areas by wiping down tables, floor mopping, cleaning out refrigerators, etc. Clean and maintain bathrooms for office and production areas Clean production floor areas with floor scrubber Clean conference rooms Stock drink refrigerators Maintained designated area for clean and safety for customers Clean windows and mirrors, sanitize restrooms Stock and restock supplies, gather and empty trash Order supplies as needed Empty trash receptacles on a daily basis Mop, Strip, wax, and buff floors as needed Maintain work area in clean, safe and organized manner Maintain accurate inventory of cleaning products and other necessary supplies related Assist in day-to-day general warehouse operations of cardboard box breakdown, etc Perform general maintenance Other duties as assigned Regular in-person attendance is an essential function of this job

Education and/or Experience

Must be at least 18 years of age High School diploma required

Knowledge and Skills:

Must be able to read, write and converse fluently in English with the level of competency that will permit the applicant to function in the position Positive attitude, team player, good attendance, hard worker Must be motivated
