Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance. Handle janitorial duties efficiently by emptying trash receptacles, restocking supplies, and ensuring sanitation standards are met consistently. Use industrial cleaning tools and techniques for specialized cleaning tasks in high-traffic or heavily soiled areas.

Qualifications

Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial, industrial, or residential settings. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and floor scrubbers safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift semi-heavy objects, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive motions comfortably. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Pay: From $12.00 per hour
